Our mother was not a happy person before we found Bella Care. Her attitude completely changed once she moved in. All the staff showed nothing but love and caring in taking care of her and having her enjoy the last years of her life. Special functions that included family members kept her entertained and close to her loved ones. Our prayers were answered .

My mother has been a resident of Bella Care for 5 years. She is now 101 & we can attribute a great deal of her longevity to the superior care she has received from the most caring caregivers & owners one can ask for. Bella Care staff & owners immediately notify us of any changes they deem out of the ordinary & are quick to respond to our texts. They provide a wide variety of activities for the residents & treat each one with dignity & make them feel special. Our 92-year old mother has resided at Bella since October 2018. Her care is great and very personalized. She always loves the meals and eats to the very last bite. She is happy, and safe and feels loved by the caregivers and the other residents. Bella has a great selection process to assure compatibility of the residents. There are many varied activities our mom enjoys, or she can nap, watch TV, listen to music or just relax. The choice is hers. And during this coronavirus pandemic, Bella's safety protocols have been top notch. The home is always fresh and clean, and safe. Communication between us and Bella staff and owners is very open and attentive. Our family feels very comfortable that our mom is well taken care of at Bella.

My family loves Bella Home care and would recommend it to anyone especially for elderly who need more personalized care. We have been so happy with this facility and their staff they are so friendly and the communication with the owner and staff has been amazing. So glad we found this home for my grandma!!

Bella Care Home is a modern, organized, super clean and beautifully decorated home. Friends and family who visited my parents always commented on the quality of the home and often jokingly said that they wanted to move into Bella Care. All of the meals are home made, well planned and nutritious. Then they are beautifully arranged like a gourmet restaurant. Residents eat family style and socialize like a family. What made Bella Care stand out is that the owners are healthcare professionals. Both of my parents had congestive heart failure and were well into their 90's. Bella care was attentive to their residents and this care reflects in their staff as well. The owners are on top of the quality of care needed for each patient. I received daily updates on what was going on with my parents from the owners and staff. The owners and staff treated my parents with respect and patience. Although both of my parents passed on, I still feel like Bella Care is part of my family,

The owners and the staff provide high quality care, and have an advantage of two RN nurses with professionalism and experience on board! They go above and beyond with their clients including creative events, field trips, and excursions, and care staff who treat their residents like family. It has been a pleasure to work with Bella Care Homes for the last 5 years. I trust them for the needs of clients I serve.

My husband has been at Bella Care Home LLC for nine weeks. From the application process to the preparation of his room to the entry day, the process was so supportive. Serious adjustment problems appeared after two hours and extended for 4 to 5 weeks. The owners and caregivers were so willing to make suggestions, keep me informed by text or phone, sometimes several times a day, and wait until new medication took effect for which I am so grateful. Now, the adjustment period has passed and my husband is so well acquainted with his caregivers and the other residents that he is comfortable in his new home. The caregivers are well informed about the individual care and medications needed and are diligent about following doctors orders and family requests. They really go beyond the call of duty. The owners and caregivers are so good about celebrating the resident’s individual special days and plan fun activities inside and outside of their home to give them real meaning. My family and I are thrilled that our loved one’s placement at Bella Care Home LLC has been so successful and satisfying!

After my sister had a number of strokes which left her wheelchair-bound and unable to care for herself, she was lucky enough to find the Bella care home on Houston Avenue in Fresno. She’s been there for more than a year now and continues to do much better than I thought she could. I’m very pleased with the activities and level of care that she’s received. My mother has been a resident of Bella Care for 3 years & after her experience here, going anywhere else would be unacceptable. The owners & caregivers treat all of their residents as family members & care for them as their own. The home environment is comforting to my mother & although she is a very private person, the caregivers strongly encourage her to participate in activities of which there is a large variety. Therapy dogs often visit & since my mother likes dogs, she always welcomes them. Residents of all 3 homes often gather for special meals during the holidays & the Christmas/Thanksgiving holiday luncheon at a church is extra special where all residents, caregivers, family members, & others gather for a delicious meal & a fun program. Owners & caregivers are quick to respond to my texts in a timely manner whenever I have a question or concern which is then quickly resolved. They are very flexible, extremely easy to work with, & go that extra mile. Communication is a key factor when one has a loved one in a board & care. We look forward to many more years at Bella Care. My mother is 99 & I am convinced that she has done so well because of them.

I moved my mother from her home to Bella Care last November. This move was very hard for her as she had lived on her own for many years and enjoyed her home and garden. I feel very lucky to have found this wonderful place and to know that my mother is well taken care of. The owners and staff treat her [and myself] like family and with their care, she has adjusted and welcomed her new home. I thank them for the care they show her and the kindness above and beyond what i ever could have wished for.

My mother has resided at BC for the past year. While she was initially unhappy about the move, the staff at Bella Care warmly welcomed her. They made every effort to make her new home feel comfortable and familiar. The staff made arrangements for my mother to have her hair and nails done regularly which is very important for her. They accommodate most of all her needs. The meals the staff prepares are nutritious in addition to being beautifully plated. The staff interacts with the residents which provides a comfortable family atmosphere. Bella Care involves the residents in holiday preparations and arranges for a wonderful holiday luncheon in December. Besides caring for my mother's well being the staff is extremely understanding of her family. My sister and niece, who live locally, have the most contact with my mother and routinely bring their concerns and questions to the staff. I reside three hours away and most of my contact is with the owners through texts, emails and phone calls. All immediately responds to any issues or concerns. While having our mother live away from us is difficult, Bella Care provides peace of mind that she is being well cared for.

I have two relatives in Bella Care, husband and wife. I researched and visited at least ten homes. My decision where to place them at Bella Care was immediate after entering Bella Care. Tho home was so inviting and a place they could be happy and well taken care of. The twenty-four care from the MOST caring professionals was more than I knew was in the homes. I have never regretted choosing Bella Care, you won't either. The place is exceptionally clean, the well planned meals are nutritious and pleasing to the eye. I had a picky eater, but both love the food. Bella Care cares about their extended family members. Bella Care is a home I would like to be in when the time comes.

My mother was at Bella Care for over a year and was well cared for. [name removed] and [name removed] the owners are nurses with full time jobs but were always friendly and easy to communicate with. The staff cooked good meals and provided care my mom needed at night. I felt comfortable to visit and ask questions. They all worked hard providing us a beautiful and elaborate brunch in the patio for Mother's Day. I also appreciated being invited for a full Thanksgiving dinner off site. My brother and I placed our 96 year old mom into Bella Care home on 5/30/17. Mom was very apprehensive about going there but once she saw the home, met the other residents and staff, her fears went away. She is very content there, she receives the care she needs. She has commented the staff is very responsive to her needs and very friendly, she is very comfortable with the daily routine. My first impression of the home was how clean it was, smelled good and looked like a home not a care facility...max residents is 6, I like how the residents eat together, get together for exercise and companionship. The caregivers encourage the residents to get up and dressed each day. I have witnessed the caregivers with my mom and other residents and they are professional and show compassion towards them. I would highly recommend this facility...My brother and I have peace of mind that mom is in such a nice place. In talking with family members of other residents, they feel the same way.

My mom has lived in this residence since March 1st, 2017. I have been extremely pleased with the care she has been given. There is a sense of family including the owners. Communication is excellent and the staff are responsive to my mom's needs. I am so thankful for the care and services of Bella Care Home owners and staff.

Great place very caring people. They become members of your family. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a place for their loved one.

Beautiful facility. Very caring caretakers and friendly. Home is always very clean. Residents are happy and well taken care of. Visitation is encouraged anytime. Lots of interaction. I recommend, have two relatives that are happy there. All residents get along.

Mom has been happy with the food, and the caregivers are all very attentive. There are very, very few activities, or the ladies don't seem to want to play, so there isn't a lot of social opportunity. They did tell me that they would have Bible study and Bingo, but I haven't really seen them do that. They did take them to go see Christmas lights, so they do things, but it's not on a weekly or consistent basis. The neighborhood is very nice, the setting is very nice and it's an inviting environment, that's why I picked them.
