We are very impressed. The nurses are attentive and ready to go. We are very pleased. I am impressed at how immaculately clean they are. She seems to enjoy the meals. The communication is very good and they seem to be informative and on the ball.

They really, really, try and help out my loved one. They are very proactive and they try really hard to get their patients in a better position to go home. The staff is friendly, the social worker and the lady in admissions are excellent. It's very bright and cheery. There are flowers all over and the bathrooms are clean. If there is a meal the patient doesn't like, they always have something else ready. The lady who works in the cafe really takes pride in her cooking and in making sure everyone is happy.

The nursing care is good for my loved one and they have a Nurse Practitioner. The place is clean and the food is good. The communication can improve, I have been asking the questions to make sure he is being taken care of and I want an update soon.

Absolutely I would recommend the facility. So far everything throughout my mother's stay has gone well. When we knew she needed rehabilitation we specifically asked to come back to Belair! All of the staff has been absolutely wonderful! The communication is excellent! My mother is not enjoying the meals at all. We have been bringing her food to the facility because the dining experience is not working out for her.

The rehab has been good for my grandmother. The staff is very friendly, the nurses are good and she is getting good care. Overall, the whole place is clean. When she calls someone to the room, it takes a long time. My grandmother says the food could be a little bit better. She's a picky eater, so that may be it but I have seen the food and I thought it could be a little better. Sometimes when I call, the nurses are not available to speak to.

My mother is doing good with the rehab and she likes the PT. My mom likes these two particular aides because they help her all of the time. It is very clean and the food is good. When the nurses were there, they were okay. We had to go over the medications because they are not following how we want the medications administered. I did not have much interaction with the staff. They are nice but they are short staffed. The whole environment needs to improve. They are all on their phones or computers and I had to say excuse me we need help. I also made a request but they say there is no note about my requests.

Overall, I believe my loved one is getting good care. The nurses are doing a good job. As far as I have experienced, the staff is friendly. It's very clean. The food could use some improvement.

My husband LOVES the meals! We heard that the food at Belair is delicious. That is a big reason why we came here. My friends make fun of me because they say, "your husband's loving the meals so much at Belair. What is going on with your cooking?" It's very funny actually. There has been some miscommunication so far. I was told they would have therapy on the weekend and that did not happen so I was disappointed.

The overall care is good for my loved one. The rooms are in good shape and are clean. The nursing care, doctor, and physical therapy are very good. The nurse aides are pretty good but their response times can be slow. Some meals are better than others. There is a lot of fried and unhealthy stuff, but they have a decent amount of choices. The communication to the family could be better.

My loved one liked the meals. The lady at the front reception seemed fine. The aides had an attitude yesterday and I experienced this especially when I started asking about why lunch was late. The more I asked the worse their tones got. When he rings the bell, they take a long time to get to him. I have not seen any nurses so far. I could not understand why the nursing assistants felt that it was okay to be sitting on their phones when they could have been up asking people if they could help them.

So far it has been great. They are taking care of my dad and he has no complaints. They are all friendly. Everything is nice and new. It is clean. So far he says it is pretty good but he is fussy with his food a little.

I feel like the care there is really good. The aides are lovely and treat her nice. It is bright and clean. The environment is nice. My husband was there too. She just started the therapy and she seems to enjoy it and it a positive experience for her. The physician assistant and nurse practitioner are very caring and very thorough. He is very good with the patients. He is on top of it. The staff is excellent. Whenever I asked for something it was addressed in the computer. They are really on top of it.
