I am incredibly pleased with Balboa Senior Living, where my grandmother is currently staying. She is genuinely happy there and always shares positive experiences with me when we speak or when I visit. The staff members especially [name removed] and [name removed] are consistently cheerful and helpful whenever I call, which is very reassuring. The facility itself is impeccably clean and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. This environment has significantly alleviated my guilt about not being able to care for her at home. Knowing she is in such a supportive and pleasant place makes all the difference. My grandmother has a private room, which allows us to spend quality time together when I visit. Whether we are chatting or watching TV, it’s a joy to see her so content and well taken care of. Balboa Senior Living has truly been a blessing for our family, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a caring and comfortable home for their loved ones.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional care provided at Balboa Senior Living. From the moment my aunt moved in, we felt a sense of relief knowing she was in good hands. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and feels like home. Special thanks of course to [name removed] ( care taker) , her kindness, patience, and genuine care have made an incredible difference in my aunt's life. [name removed] goes above and beyond to ensure my aunt is comfortable, happy, and engaged in daily activities. She truly treated her like family. The entire staff's dedication and the warm, supportive environment at Balboa Senior Living have given us peace of mind and prolong my aunt life . We couldn't have asked for a better place for my aunt. Highly recommend!
