Azura Memory Care of Eau Claire

My mom receives compassionate, professional, and nurturing care from all staff at the Larson Home. She is made to feel she is valuable part of her community by having "jobs" to do. A great variety of activities are provided daily.

Our family is so grateful for the loving, compassionate care the staff gave to my Mom. The staff always made sure that Mom’s needs were not only met but done with patience, kindness and genuine caring.

My cousin used to work here and my 53 year old Aunt who had an aggressive rapidly progressing form of dementia lived here up until Thursday [date removed] when she gained her angel wings and they took such great care of her and everyone loved her it only sucks that it's an hour and a half from my house in Minnesota but if I ever have another family member that needs to live in a memory Care facility I would definitely recommend this one thank you for taking such great care of my aunt Deanna and it sucks that she was only able to be there for a short amount of time because of the late diagnosis we will be forever grateful to the wonderful aides would loved to and adored her!! Amazing well trained staff with deep compassion and a heart for those with memory care issues. I have instructed my kids that if ever I need to be placed in an assisted living facility, put me on a plane and take me to Azura in Eau Claire Wisconsin. I am so grateful to them for the superb care they give my Mother in Law during this difficult phase of her life.

You can instantly feel the warmth in the facility, as soon as you walk through the doors. The residents are always clean, happy, and the care team is wonderful.

The home is in wonderful starting from the director to the caregivers.

My spouse has been a resident at Azura Eau Claire for 19 months. I have been extremely pleased with the care and compassion of the staff. I have visited friends in other memory care units and I realize how fortunate I am to have chosen Azura.

Love it, this was our 3rd memory care and you are the best.

The number one priority in my life is to have the best care for my wife [name removed]. I feel she is getting top-notch care at Azura Memory Care. She is the love of my life and I have always wanted the best for her. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs the excellent care she is getting for Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.

Staff are well trained. Dad is thriving on their good care, kindness, compassion, and good humor. Azura has done a commendable job of keeping residents safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Azura has been the best place where I would put my loved one. The team is awesome, very loving and caring.

Azura was recommended by our financial planner. My parents moved into Azura in March right before the shutdown. It looks to me that my parents have taken to Azura well and have improved in their well being. The staff has done a great job in monitoring them and keeping them entertained.

We are grateful to staff for keeping our loved one safe during the pandemic. Our only concern has been the frequent turnover of staff. This may have stabilized in the last 6 months, but we don't know since visits are limited.

We have been delighted with the care our father has received at Azura. The care staff has been phenomenal in providing for the needs and interests of our father. The current care staff; director quality of life and medical personnel, are extraordinary. In the year that our father has been at Azura, there have been significant personnel changes. Much credit is due to the care staff for their perseverance, kindness, and concern to establish and maintain a loving, caring environment. (July 2020).

It was a better option than the first place we went to. The food was good. The room sizes and layout of the community. They have a nice area outdoors for residents to use. They are understaffed, especially at night. The staff is friendly and helpful.
