I can't speak for others but my mom has been in this care facility for 4+ years and has been well cared for. She doesn't complain and the food that I have seen has always been freshly prepared and served. The staff has always been kind and helpful and I have been welcome to drop in any time. As it is with any business I have seen some staff changes from time to time but again my mom doesn't complain and she usually refers to them in a very nice way. I ask if everything is going alright and she has always replied that she is well taken care of. I would recommend this facility to others and consider the sterile unfriendly environment of the large facilities. I have seen them first hand and would choose happy valley over them.... Read more

Horrible place. Unengaged caregivers, untrained night staff, terrible food. We moved our father out after only 7 weeks. Staff was verbally [removed] on several occasions (both to our father and family members).
