The staff keeps me up to date as to what is going on with my brother, by phone and in person. The staff is friendly , kind and caring. The staff is very patient with the residents there. The facility is always very clean. They like to kid around with my brother which makes him laugh and they get a kick out of it also. The staff members do their best to keep him occupied. He's been there since June. We all take it one day at a time and little by little he is starting to accept the fact that for now this is his home. He gets along good with fun everybody.
