THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR SOMEONE DEMENTIA or ALZHEIMER the staff is not trained to help these type of clients. It is a clean place. Everyone lives in there rooms there are" NO activities" The care for a loved one is poor. This facility is run like an army camp, you get told when to wake up, when to get dressed and what to ware. Your expected to go to the bathroom on command because they are taking out the trash and don't want any solid products in the trash cans. "they even rip off the residents Depends before you can sit on the toilet" Residents are told what to do and how to do it, they don't want you to use your brain. Residents are not even allowed to get a drink of water without asking the staff to get it for them. There is a language barrier. The staff and management allow resident bulling. The staff leave the building to smoke and to make personal phone calls and to move cars. The residents are being left unsupervised for 30 to 45min, while eating & sleeping. This caused many falls and accidents. I would not recommend this place!
