I had to move [name removed] out due to him being unable to adapt to not smoking in his apartment. Staff worked with me and him, but he refused to stop smoking inside. They were very compromising and concerned but in the end I had to get him an independent living apartment. The only thing negative about the experience was they did not clearly explain the way the medical service works. I was told he could use his doctor, but later they told me he had to use the doctor they provided. And once I got him checked in, it seemed like they just left him hanging, with no welcoming. It is very clean at Atrium. There is beautiful art and furnishings - it's like liking at a resort. The staff are friendly and there are a lot of activities.

We were very excited to have found such a wonderful place. Mom just loves it there. This is a very caring place. The staff has always been courteous and caring. Mom has made many friends there. We don’t know if we would’ve found this facility without Help from your organization.

The Atrium has very friendly staff and many social opportunities that my parents enjoy. They like the frequent musical entertainment, games and special events.

I would not recommend to anyone. Constant change in leadership and staff. Did not follow through on care promised. Very disappointing!

What I like the most about the Atrium at Serenity Pointe is the staff, and yes I would recommend this community to other families base on the experience I have had so far. My only complaint and concern is the meals - the variety and quality could be improved.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. Maintenance is very prompt, friendly and helpful. So far, I would recommend Atrium at Serenity Pointe to others.

Our family had a loved one at this community so we were very familiar with and the lady in charge was very polite and helpful but unnervingly pushy. Overall it was a good experience but the community is big and I believe that diminishes the benefits

Don't lie to people. Fire anyone caught lying. Make there employees do there job. Or fire them.. get off the [profanity removed] point system. Up front let the people know what they will charged!!

The interaction with the staff is good. The food is okay, but could be a lot better.I am satisfied with what they are charging me. I picked this community, because I talked to some of the people, took the tour and chose this facility.

Our experience has been okay. There are some items that could use improving overall such as food, activities, and communication with the family. I would recommend you ask several questions to make sure it will be a good fit, and to allow your loved one some time to settle into the community. The community did a great job during the tour of marketing and selling the best of the community, and not all of it has been good for us.

Everything about The Atrium is wonderful, and I have had experiences with family being in other communities. This makes you feel like you are at a resort. The location, building, and the people all encompass you in warmth. The staff communication has been fabulous with the family. [Name removed] was terrific during the move in of my loved one and they were patient during changes that came up. There are three meals a day served to the residents. There are choices for the residents to choose from. The dining room reminds me of a beautiful restaurant with a great chandelier as well. All the rooms have a lake view, and it is really lovely.

We initially chose Atrium at Serenity Pointe because they had a reduced price on one of the rooms and they were all just so welcoming and made us feel comfortable. The facility is dog friendly, the first time we walked in there was a dog in the lobby and I loved that. The concierge is wonderful. They have just been amazing all around and he is getting everything he needs here. The only downside has been on the food, they do overcook the vegetables. Other than that I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

Atrium is a beautiful community. The staff is very caring, and they take worry off knowing they are in a caring and beautiful location. It can be hard to reach out to staff and sometimes I am transferred to a different department. The cost is good though. I would recommend the community to others.

We chose The Atrium because they have cottages and he was not ready to move into full assisted living and I felt like it was the nicest place in town compared to ones that we looked at. The apartment sizes are very good, he is in a 2 bedroom condo and it is very spacious. They have different room sizes but they all looked great. It is a very nice facility and I would recommend to others.

It is a loving and caring environment. They try to help with all of the conditions that the residents have and make sure that their needs are taken care of. The community is very positive. You should definitely put this on your list to check out.

What really stood out to us in the beginning stages was just the look of the community and how open it was. I am from out of state, but I do know the cleanliness of the community was excellent. Our loved one not only enjoyed his stay there but also really enjoyed the meals.

My loved one had a short stay at Atrium at Serenity Pointe. The staff did a good job. My loved one didn't like the lock down due to the pandemic. They felt isolated during the time they were there.

My ratings are based on my experience of during the COVID lock down. Don't Go there is what I would tell people. I'm assuming things have gotten better since my loved on was there. When COVID hit, they locked my loved one in their apartment for 90 days, and wasn't being woke up or assisted in getting up every day. There were other residents out walking around with and without masks on, even though there were other residents moving around. There were social media posts, but there were times that my loved one was able to see some of the outdoor activities going on and still not be able to participate. This is one of the main reasons I choose to remove my loved one from the community. My loved one's health had declined so much since being in this community, that the other communities weren't wanting to not admit my loved one.
