Aston Gardens at Courtyards

We chose Aston Gardens at Courtyards because of the convenient location and the size of the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility to those who are looking for retirement living.

It's a wonderful place and I am so glad I was able to get my friend a beautiful apartment at Aston Gardens at Courtyards.

I moved in on [date removed].Therefore, I cannot give a true rating at this time.I do believe that as a transition from New York to Florida,I made the right choice regarding safety and my apartment and location. Busy unpacking so have not participated in any activities;trying various meals of which some are not satisfying.Time will tell. I will know more in two months.

I liked the room since it had a sitting room and separate bedroom and an area with refrigerator and sink. I would recommend it to others. Everyone has been very nice to my aunt.

The staff here and the people who live here I’ve been very helpful, lovely and exceptionally nice. I can hardly believe that any place could be as clean special lovely with all the plant life and nature around it and kept in such good condition. It is delightful to be able to live here, and walk my dog out in the courtyard among the beautiful garden. Nature for me is so important and here Aston Gardens there’s so many beautiful trees, the grass, the plants and the care that is taken to keep it neat and clean needs to be bragged about. I just do not believe that there could be a nicer or a better place to live in Aston Gardens .

Everything is okay. We have caregivers for one on one coverage which doubles our monthly expenditures which isn't good for her.

My Mom moved into the apartment about 3 months ago, and is getting to know a lot of people and is finding this area of Florida nice. The staff are very nice and welcoming. Food is average but not geared for diabetics. The biggest problem is the palmetto bugs and roaches. The apartment and common areas are infested and this is not sanitary or acceptable…especially at $[removed]. per month. This has been addressed again and again with no good resolution. I’m not happy about this and it needs to be resolved.

5 stars for all categories! All of the staff at Aston Gardens are very friendly and it has a very homey environment. I highly recommend to others looking.

We toured many places when my father in law was in need of care we could no longer give him. The place he was at turned out to be horrible. We knew we would never put my mother in law in a place like that. My neighbor told us about Aston Gardens. Her mother is there. It's wonderful. Most of the employees have been there long term. They are so caring and loving people. This is where I want to be if I need assisted living.

I like the fact that the staff takes an interest in the people who live there. [name removed] had stopped me and told me that one day my mom appeared dehydrated and a little out of it and I really appreciated that. The dining hall is great everybody in there seems pretty personable and nice the food is delicious and it's a nice relaxing atmosphere.

We have been here a little over 4 years and can tell you that the Courtyards is The place to be as we reach our "golden" years. there is so much todo here --card games, mahjong, exercise classes at different levels, tai chi - etc. But The best part of living here is the staff. they are always friendly and eager to help. We have transport to Dr's app'ts, to all the churches + food stores and many trips to local restaurants places of interest. Also a lounge open 6 days a week. Our kitchen and serving staff not only give us a good variety of dishes, They are truly served with a smile We highly recommend the courtyards--come on over and have a tour -- you can see our apartment and some of the others . Have a lunch with us you won't regret it!

Aston Gardens is a wonderful community. My parents arrived approximately 8 years ago. One of the best decisions they ever made. Grounds are maintained beautifully. Food choices in the dining room are excellent & always delicious. They have made so many good friends. The staff take great care of the residents. Scheduled daily activities keep them hopping. Since Dad’s passing, the community rallied & gave great support to my Mom. She loves Aston Gardens! So do her children.

I love this place. Knowing that my mom is here gives me comfort. Close to everything. She is surrounded by friends and activities. I don’t feel that she lonely or not taken care of. I hope to maybe move here when I retire Thank you Aston Gardens

Do you want a nice place for your elderly parents to live? Look no further and visit Aston Gardens at the Courtyards. We are so happy we moved here over two years ago. The support from friendly residents and staff is the best. The food is delicious and the servers are great. The maintenance dept. is the best and come right away to help you. Whether it’s hanging pictures or helping with a problem with your apartment, they do it all. Another plus is a doctor is here twice a week and two nurses who are here every weekday. Physical therapy is available in your room for those who qualify with their insurance. Even most medical tests can be done in your room also. If you don’t drive, buses or vans will take you to doctors appointments, restaurants, food stores etc. There are many activities all day. Exercise classes in the morning, bingo, card games, Bunco and even a movie every Saturday night. It may seem costly, but our only other bills are Spectrum and mobile Spectrum. Come visit today!

Mom has lived at Aston Gardens for 4 years. Food has been good most of the time. Maintenance can sometimes take a while to get things fixed. Some buildings smell of mold, but mom’s doesn’t (thankfully). I am also on the emergency squad and have seen some of the night security personnel need additional training with médical emergencies.

As soon as you move in you feel welcome and at home. The employees have a smile, know their job and say "Your Welcome" The residents are from all around the county and take you under their wing and show you around. I have not regretted moving here

Atter visiting other local communities this is the best location, you are 5 minutes away from everything, shops, hospital. the food here is excellent and you never have to eat alone if you don't want to. after losing a loved one you don't feel lonely one bit

This is my HOME. It really came to be home for me when I got to know my neighbors and make new friends. You see, we are all on this journey of the aging process together. Yes, we have a button to push when we need help, but you can't beat caring friends & neighbors. Yep, 3 years here just flew by and it has all been good. I have an exercise class everyday except Sunday, and also enjoy many of the games that are offered. Listen, this is a fun place to live. And, you can take that to the bank. Come and see.......
