Ashton Place Senior Living

My parents moved to Ashton many years ago and lived a vibrant life thanks to the community at Ashton. They grew older with grace; the staff became like family; they enjoyed their independence as long as they could and were incredibly well supported when that became more difficult. The humor, kindness, good food, and real concern for everyone fairly made Ashton an excellent home for two people who no longer wanted to shovel their own driveway, or cook as much, and who did not want to be isolated in their private home. They moved in cheerfully and stayed safe through Covid (thanks to excellent leadership at Ashton) and when it was time to depart they each had been surrounded by love. Ashton is an example I hope other retirement and care facilities would learn from.

After touring many Finger Lakes Senior Living centers, Mom ranked Ashton Place #1. Fresh, clean & private apartments, with assistance if needed in the future. We all feel reassured that everyone there is safe &secure, and also eating wonderful personalized dining choices. Knowing that both staff and residents all treat each other like family, is amazing. The events and weekly activities are very plentiful, the personal services brought to them custom, on top of the outing trips. I now understand why Mom chose having fun with her friends at Ashton, over her Florida Winters since she moved in. There is excitement in our calls about the friends & fun she enjoys there daily, & I know she is safe/cared for always. Whether you chose to relax in your maid cleaned apartment, drive to see your family in the area, or enjoy concerts/activities with your friends at Ashton, you cannot beat the value & affordability here. Ashton Place is a marvelous facility that is very loving to every resident.

Ashton Place Senior Living was a great place for our family member's respite stay! I would definitely recommend it to other families in need of care for a loved one.

It's very friendly and active but you can also have your alone time the way the facility is set up. You have your own apartment and can interact as you want. We picked this community, because It was close to home and had good curb appeal. The staff was nice and they were very accommodating for their guests.

Everything we have experienced to date would have to be rated tops. We are extremely happy with our choice of Ashton Place.

I thought my tour of this community went well and I was pleased with all of the great amenities they had available to all of the residents. The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions I had for them in detail. My dad just thought it was not as nice as some of the other tours we had taken of different facilities.

We like living at Ashton Place. Some of our friends already lived here and that helped us with the decision to choose this community. We enjoy the evening meal and they offer a variety of choices. The food is one of the best aspects of the community. They offer six to seven daily activities including an exercise class, music program and crafts. They keep the community extremely clean. The maintenance staff have been superb at setting things up for us. The entire staff are friendly and helpful.

I'm still new to this community, but so far everything is going great. When I first got here, everyone wanted to know my name since I was the new person, it was nice. Sometimes, things can be a little slow, sometimes fast. The meals are sometimes great, sometimes not as great . The place overall and my room are kept very clean. They have a variety of activities available at all times. I am very happy here.

My mother seems to have adjusted well to this community. She is doing well here, and I'am satisfied. The community looks great, they do an excellent job with the cleaning. They have a wonderful staff. There are activities available. She enjoys to going listen to the music, and playing bingo. She is very pleased with the meals, the food is very good. I know she is safe and being cared for very well. This is a community I would recommend, it is a nice place.
