Ashbury Heights of Fayette

My Mom is always smiling and happy when I come to visit on weekends! She is also clean and showered! I took Mom to a medical appointment and [name removed] took time to get her dressed and ready with a touch of perfume!

The people who run this residence are very kind and helpful. They are patient and caring. The place is clean and well cared for. I am grateful for all they do and the knowledge they share to help get our family member settled. We are very happy with this residence.

The staff at Ashbury Heights in Fayette have been so wonderful and caring. Our family friend has been there for 4 months and is so happy. They help her with all aspects of her daily life but go above and beyond to help her with all sorts of tasks. It's like a family within a family there. The residents have communal meals prepared by the staff, and there is always lively conversation. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE OF THIS TEAM! The building is clean, organized and airy. They have a small deck where there grow seasonal vegetables! For mobile residents, the property has plenty of room to walk the halls in bad weather or walk the grounds for fresh air. Overall, this place is really wonderful.

My wife [name removed] received excellent care as a day resident at Asbury Heights in Fayette. I went for a year with a home health aide as my wife was slowly sinking into dementia. Eventually that became untenable and I searched for a facility that would provide day care, as I would continue her care myself at night. I discovered. Asbury Heights and was warmly greeted by [name removed]. While [name removed] was only there for 7 months, I felt she received excellent care from [name removed] and her staff of [name removed] [name removed]. They greeted her every morning with a cup of coffee. They attended to all her needs, from bathroom duties , showering, assisting her with lunch and dinner, and engaging her in activities, including walks outside when weather allowed. They always kept me updated on any of her needs, including checkups from the local town doctor. Knowing she was receiving great care was a big relief to me. I will forever be indebted to them for the care they provided [name removed].

My sister is very well cared for at Ashbury on Fayette. They are caring and patient. She gets good hot meals and seems to be very comfortable there When I call they always take time to answer my questions

Ashbury Heights has some very passionate and caring staff there to care for your loved ones. They always try to go above and beyond to help everyone family or not to make every resident feel at home.

Staffs friendly hardworking always helping the residents greets you with a smile answering all your your questions place is clean they have awesome meals for family and residents so is the administrator shows friendly helpful kindness especially around the holidays this is a wonderful place to visit all the residents and family love it would recommend it to others

I'm extremely happy with Ashbury Heights Residential Care in Fayette, MO! The manager and staff are especially caring, helpful, friendly and professional. When asking a question or asking for assistance they are always kind and informative. If you're looking for quality caregiving in a nice, clean facility you've found it. I love the caregivers at Ashbury Heights and THANK YOU for all you do every day!

My mother came to Ashbury when she could no longer live unassisted in her home. The move was very hard for her. Not only was she recovering from a broken hip, she also had to give up her independence and the privacy of her own home. The Ashbury staff helped her make this transition in a very caring way. Thank you Ashbury for giving my mother not only a new place to call home, but creating a new community of friends for her.

My father has been at Ashbury Heights for 9 months. He is very content. The staff is very friendly and treats my dad like family. At age 94 he sometimes needs a little extra care the staff is happy to help with scraping snow off his car, and helping with his socks. in the morning. They even went to the Drs. office with him one morning to learn how to change a bandage. Dad's room is kept clean, his laundry folded, and he is enjoying 3 home cooked meals a day. Our family is delighted at how our dad is thriving at Ashbury Heights.

Everything was very clean and the staff was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We are hopeful that there is a room available when we need to place my mom. We walked in while lunch was being served and it looked very appealing as well. We did wait a few minutes to be talked with, but I guess it's kinda our own fault cause we didn't let the staff know we were coming. There is an activity room as well and a private dinning room that can be used as well for family meals, should we choose to have a gathering. And we really like to have mini parties. Very excited about what we saw today. We spoke with Mary the Administrator and she was very nice.

We are very pleased with the staff and the care my father is getting in this facility. The staff is friendly, caring, and observant to the needs of the people they serve. They keep us informed on our dad and attend to his physical and health needs. They have opportunities for family to be involved with birthdays and holiday meals. We are happy with the service and have no complaints.

I'm very impressed with Ashbury heights in Fayette. the staff is professional and genuinely cares about my father. My dad loves the staff and considers them part of his family. The staff goes above and beyond for my dad and the meals are very good I have sampled them. I think [name removed] your administrator is excellent and doing a great job.

My mother in law is living at Ashbury for approximately 3 months. We are very satisfied with the staff and how they really really try to help with your family member adjusting to their new residence. Staff always willing to talk over any problems with us. The rooms are very roomy and private and wonderful windows to allow sunshine in room. Most people don't want to leave home but when it happens Ashbury Heights has been a really good fit for our family.

As the daughter of one of the people that lives there, Ashbury Heights in Fayette has been a God-send. The personal attention and watch care given to the residents is more intensive than most homes of this level of care I've seen. This is no small thing when you consider all they are responsible for, even though it's a small home. My mom has lived here for about 5 months, having moved from her home of several years, and it's been a hard adjustment for her. By virtue of regulations there is a loss of self-direction, but she is trying to make it her own. She likes the food, and getting her manicures. :) Her family appreciates knowing she's safe and warm when bad weather hits, or when we're out of town. The people that work there have good insight when something is bothering her, encourage her to make her wants and wishes known and are great at communicating with family when needed. I am thankful for their service and assistance to mom.

My grandmother is at Ashbury and we are very pleased with the facility and staff. She is happy there and likes the staff as well. Clean facility and professional caregivers.

My family member is very happy there. She loves the staff and enjoys the meals and activities. Facility in clean and orderly.

Everyone of the staff really cares. There is always a warm greeting at the door when I go in and it usually smells really nice from the home cooking. My dad has been happy there and is taken care of really well.

My grandmother has been a resident at Ashbury for 3 years now. She loves it and considers it her home. [Names removed] are marvelous. So patient and sometimes even know what my grandma needs before she asks! When considering a place for her, we were also looking at a larger facility. I'm so glad we chose Ashbury and would not consider sending her anywhere else!

Very nice people. My mother loves the cooking and the staff are always helpful.
