Where can I begin, should I start with my Dad lying in a pool of urine when I arrived? Or should I begin with the fact that my Dad's room was ice cold because there was a gaping hole in the wall where there was an A/c unit. I won't focus on the horrible disgusting food they gave him. Or the fact that there were tons of residents arguing with staff, threatening to call the police, because they weren't fed or treated right. My Dad had bruises on his face, which appeared to be caused by someone squeezing his face together. Some staff were nicer than others, but I could not get over how scared my Dad was of them, and the fact that the clothes I bought him kept going missing. This place will be reported by me to every authority willing to losten.

My loved one likes it a lot better than the other places she has been at. She seems happy with the therapy. They were helpful at very nice. The women at the front desk was very pleasant. It looked pretty clean. Everything was very good, a top-notch place.

I think it is great. The staff and the administrative social service people are all helpful with my asking questions regarding his care. From what I saw it is great. Everyone was very friendly as I walked through the hallway and they acknowledged me. It appeared to be clean and there were some renovations going on. That was kept at a minimum with being inconvenienced.

They need to be more aware of what is going on. The meals looked inedible. They've called me a fair amount.

The workers there were attentive and did their job. I really appreciated that. The physical therapist was really good. The nurses did good. The staff were very helpful. The meals were very good.

From what I have seen, it's very good care. The nurses are fine. He's not complaining about the food. He says it's been very satisfactory.

They are taking pretty good care of her and the place is nice. Everybody here is nice. The staff is good and make sure she gets dressed and cleaned up. The building and the rooms are really dated but it is clean. The food is pretty good. I am not getting updated on anything.

Overall the experience is very good. She does not like the food.

So far the therapy is good. The nurses are very nice. The head nurse on the evening is very friendly and she is very uplifting. The staff is nice. Everything seems to be in place.

The people are so warm and caring. My husband has been to Ashbrook several times, so we have gotten to know the people here. This time around they have treated us like family. The nurse has been great. The supervisor is outstanding!. He did have difficulties eating any food anywhere, but he has really overcome that here. It's been excellent!

The staff are very friendly. The nursing care is good. The communication is good. The case worker had all of the answers to most of the questions we have and is always available. We have had a good relationship with the staff but we do have some unanswered questions. It seems like they were not all prepared for him there. It is run down and needs to be updated. I think they are doing construction. My father is eating good.

My mom seems to like the therapy and the people are very good. The nursing care is very good. Oh my gosh, they are friendly! There is not a good meal selection and it does not taste good. They do get her a sandwich if she wants one instead.

The front desk person is friendly. The therapists are okay. A few nurses were cordial but so extremely busy and we had to wait for everything. My mom has been there a while ago and now it is disorganized, the staff is not as friendly, and it is messy. I think elders deserve a lot more love, care, and respect.

The staff has been very nice. A couple of glitches but they were worked out. The rehab is very good, it is helping and doing what it is supposed to do. Everyone has been really nice and attentive. The staff are very friendly. The cleanliness is excellent. They come in everyday and clean and mop and get clean linens when I request them. They have a great deal of trouble getting meal orders right though.

The staff is very good. The facility is good and could use updating. The staff compensates for the age of the facility! He did not take full advantage of the rehab services because he was too ill however they made a very nice effort! The nurses were excellent. A couple of them really stood out. The facility is clean but just needs the updating.

Everybody has room for improvement. My mom seemed to like it. They were friendly and everybody was nice. It was very neat. It was very decent. It was better than the hospital. The doctor was very in-depth. There was no guessing on our part.
