I would rate everything at 5 except for except for cross baby. [fee removed] a month seems a little steep to me, but there's a lot of staff there that has to be paid so they supply meals house keeping laundry. Haircuts, pedicures, so I guess it's probably worth the money... Read more

For the most part everyone is nice some of the other residents can be quite rude and act like they own the place. I have made a couple of friends that i spend time with. The activities are a lot of fun to join in all the ladies in activities really make the activities fun. I also find the library quite enjoyable. It is quiet and well stocked with books and DVDs as audio books The food doesn’t excite me but if im hungry the nurse can always offer cereal or something from the snack basket ( fruit, granola bar, pop tarts, chips, cookies you can also bring in your own snacks. ) The main problem I encounter is having to wait for help to the bathroom since im paralyzed and require help This facility could benefit from some teamwork activities

They're doing a really good job here, so far. It's always neat and clean. Everyone has been helpful and willing to talk/listen. Mom seems to be happy with the food, though she does mention that the portions are pretty large. They have a good variety of activities and outings. For outings, they have a bulletin board with a sign up sheet that residents can sign up for and go whenever they want. Communication with the family is really good. The cost seems pretty expensive, but I think we're getting value for what we're spending. I have and will continue to recommend this facility to family and friends.

This community was really nice but there were no opening for my loved one at the time and this is the only reason we could not go with this community.
The staff was very cordial to me, and they took good care of my loved one . That was my primary concern. They did really well during Covid. They had everything together. Everything they should be doing they were doing. My loved one is a picky eater and very vocal, so she would have let me know if she had a problem with the food. Activities were pretty limited during Covid. The residents would open their doors and talk with people across the hall, but there wasn't opportunity for much else. I found them to be a little expensive, but they took care of my loved one well. So it was worth it to me.

My mother is in good hands here in this community. This is a great community, and she is doing great with her move here. I feel comfortable with the care she is being provided with. The staff is very helpful, and always kind whenever I visit. I'am pleased with all they have done for our family.

I had a pretty good tour of this community. I toured it for my mother and her needs. Everything went well, and I was satisfied with my tour. The community looked clean. From what I saw everything appeared to be well-kept. The staff was nice and friendly. It was a good experience.

The staff -- nursing, housekeeping, administrative, therapy, and food services -- is outstanding. My mother's health has greatly improved. Everyone is empowering her to thrive despite slight memory loss and limited sight. They've given my mother dignity in her final years!

Parents were there for 4 months in 2014 and received great care and the 2 bedroom assisted living unit on 2nd floor with elevator was nice size and had two complete bathrooms with showers. Nursing staff great when needed.
