My experience is they are very professional a little too professional they dot the i's and the t's. Waiting for my electric bill to be paid want to know when. Get meals on wheels are ok. The care and staff are very good I am overall happy with the facility.

Some things have gone smoothly, and some not so smoothly. I have had a good amount of confusion over the way Comcast and the community work for cable. I get charged a fee for cable from the community, but then I pay for all three phone, internet, and cable through Comcast. I feel like I am being charged twice. I have spoken to others here, and they are not having the same issue. So far it seems like they keep it pretty clean, and the grounds are kept pretty nice. The staff is pretty friendly most of the time, a couple of people have gotten a little short when I bring up the cable issue. The parking can be tough around here as well, if you don't pay for an assigned space.

My son and myself toured the facility to-day. We were welcomed by a very hospitable host, who showed us around and explained things. The complex is great, new, big and clean. We liked it very much!
