Arizona Elderly Care Home has been offering quality care in Phoenix, Arizona for over 25 years. Located less than 20 minutes from the heart of Phoenix, residents can enjoy living in a charming residential neighborhood that’s close to medical facilities, parks, churches, and restaurants.
The care home understands the struggle of leaving an elderly loved one in a big assisted living community, so they aim to make the transition easier by offering a loving, home-like environment. The goal is to foster a homey space for each resident, so the staff offers personalized care to each individual to help ensure their unique needs and preferences are met.
The certified care staff includes a manager and on-site director that are available to offer personal care, home cooked meals, housekeeping, medication management, salon services, home health services, and hospice care. They even arrange off-site trips and on-site activities.
Furnished to replicate an old-style, yet luxurious home, the residential care offers a sense of nostalgia. Enjoy shared spaces such as indoor common areas, game rooms, and a spacious patio where residents can bask in the warm sun or enjoy beautiful views.

Manager agreed to admit my family member into her facility on [date removed]. It was an oral contract. I gave the manager a check for the full month of [date removed]. She cashed my check on [date removed], evidence by check cashed by the bank. The next day [date removed] she informed me that she did not want my family member saying she required too much care and she would refund my check. On [date removed], she called me to say she was charging 5 days worth of inpatient stay. I had to wait until [date removed] to get my check. I feel it was wrong for the manager to have charged me any penalty since she backed out after agreeing to take my family member. She arbitrarily and capriciously took $[removed]. I am filing this complaint to expose her unethical business practices. She may have done this before and gotten away with it. We need to stop her! She could allow the family to move family member's items in, then deny admission and charge them a penalty!

It's a beautiful home, it feels roomy and spacious. The rooms are a nice size and set up for two residents in each. I really loved the multiple outdoor green spaces for relaxing with the trees and birds. Connie was friendly, open and informative. We had a nice visit.

Anyone that goes there should pay close attention. She had only 1 person and herself which was the owner. I would question taking anyone there. [removed] She has improved on the outside of the home. She kept the house nice. When my mom first went the quality of the food was good and they it changed quickly. I would not recommend this place.

I don’t give them high marks on anything. They’re very deceiving there. I caught the lady yelling at patients, yelling at a woman with Alz and at a man with vascular dementia. I thought it was a good situation – I thought the lady was really sweet. It’s just so deceiving.
