There is no trash, they empty their waste paper basket, there is a laundry room right down the hall, and I haven’t seen any issues with garbage being everywhere. Everyone’s is so cheerful and friendly and they make a conscious effort to remember my loved ones name. The staff shows a lot of care and lot of love. They give my loved ones hugs and it’s so heartwarming knowing that he is in a strange place but everyone is so welcoming. I have gone there at different times during the day and the team is always consistent. They also have a man that comes in once a week to sing and my loved one participates. Overall, this place is wonderful and it’s so comforting to know that he is content and happy.... Read more
