Beware!

If I could rate this place with zero stars I would. We have not been told the truth for months. The food is terrible and portions are small. My family member never has their clothes returned from the wash. Now we find out a local woman that drives a taxi service takes the clothes to somewhere in the community to wash them, then returns them to the facility. Many residents contracted COVID and it took from [date removed] to have any agency come in to test residents and staff. Which resulted in over 20 positives for residents an at least 4 staff positive. The state has been notified. Very few staff to supervise residents on weekends and no nurse for months.
