My mom had to go to rehab after she had a stroke and was sent here. Omce it was decided she was not going to be able to return home we chose to keep her there. She was not happy to not be going home and frequently told anyone who would listen that she wanted to go home. The staff was so kind and patient with her and eventually she became more comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen made sure she had the food she liked and activities made sure she got to mass and as many entertainers as she wanted. Her primary nurse was wonderful and actually cried when mom passed. The facility is well kept and the do a great job decorating.... Read more

I love living here. The staff is wonderful. [name removed] and the rest of the activity staff have been able to fill my days with fun, thoughtful activities. I have been here for a couple of months and I plan to stay for many years. The rest of the staff is all wonderful, kind, supportive, and professionally friendly. I love living here.
You get breakfast for dinner your medications are always late never on time so now my dose gets pushed up each time so to where I miss a dose the staff doesn't care about anything you ring the nurses station take some 20 minutes to get here they come in and shut the buzzer off and then you don't hear from anybody no communication at all terrible terrible terrible place I don't know what else to say I'm just beside myself

I had relatives who stayed at this facility and from what I saw many of the residents appeared to be overly medicated. They always seemed understaffed and it seems like they did it to keep the residents easier to manage, which I did not approve of.

A Place for Mom has scored Alliance Health at Marina Bay 8 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
