I loved this place! However it had a few draw backs. Of the 100 units only 7 are two bedroom, second only one small laundry in the whole place and last of all you have to be 62 to even do the paper work to get on the waiting But if I find nothing better I will gladly wait until Jan. To put in my paper work.

This is a very nice building. The apartments are modern with updated kitchens and exposed wood beams that give them a loft-like feel. Also, there is no waiting list for apartments there. They come available pretty often. The area is not great but looks like it is being regenerated. The downsides are: there is a waiting list for resident parking (3-4 years) and there is really no street parking available. This would be challenging for my dad since he owns a car. The living style seems to be more independent here than at other senior facilities. For example, instead of having an activities coordinator, the residents are responsible for coordinating the activities. This isn't really a negative since it is good for the residents to be involved, but it does make me wonder how much of a sense of community exists there.
