I did not like my husband sitting in a wheelchair all day long at a table. Sometimes he would need changing his diaper was so full and they didn’t check. . Most of the times he did not wear his own clothes. I felt they complained about him every day to me I didn’t like that they told me the price was $X,XXX [amount removed] and a signed contract and before the month was over with it was raised to $X,XXX [amount removed] for a semi private room .My husband is not able to stay because could not afford the increased price. He didn’t smell clean sometimes and I brought his favorite Toiletries. They didn’t use them on him. I visited almost everyday. I recommend they get extra help. Hospice also recommended they get help with the showering for the residents.

We decided All Valley was the best possible alternative for our loved one. Owned and operated by husband and wife care giving team [names removed] - are skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, caring, personable caregivers providing residents with a beautiful, spotless, personalized and socialized homecare setting. Ranging from simple assisted living to the highest level of care required and medication management [names removed], along with the house Skilled Nurse [name removed], are kind, attentive and work hard to specifically tailor, monitor and adjust to the needs of the resident. [names removed] serve three hot, delicious and varied home cooked meals plus healthful snacks every day. We can tell you the residents appreciate the home cooking – especially if they’ve come from an institutional setting like a hospital, rehab or skilled nursing facility. We especially appreciate the caregiver to resident ratio – 1:5 at All Valley vs. what we found at most skilled nursing/caregiving alternatives at 1:18, 1:19 or higher ratio. We found this to be is especially important for residents requiring attention/assistance for everyday activities – feeding, sitting, standing, dressing, bathing, etc. In support of the caregivers are on-call doctors, therapists, physical/occupational therapy, social workers, a chaplain - really any service you could think of. We found All Valley to offer the perfect combination of care and service for our family member. We would easily recommend All Valley Home Care to family and friends in need of assisted living/any level of home care/hospice care for a loved one.

Did not like the fact that all patients are placed in wheel chairs. Home very clean though.

This place is very nice! Though my loved one struggles with his dementia at times, the staff are very nice and do what they can to make him comfortable. The facility is also great, as it is large and looks very new. We are all very pleased with his stay!

1/31/2017 2:00 appointment. Tour went well, residents were all out in the great room, dinner cooking smelled wonderful. So far the top of my list.
