I am retired and I also owned a Home Care Agency back home for so many years! Being an RN, I have been taking care of my mother since her diagnosis. Before making our trip to Hawaii, we have arranged services with All Care Hawaii and was a little apprehensive at first since sometimes even a trip that is well planned can end up not as expected. We have had to communicate new information regarding our arrival many times as my mother went twice to the hospital for bronchitis, but their staff who answer the phone are very friendly. I understand that staffing is very difficult but I am more than pleased that not only this company has been so accommodating to all our requests, but they match the caregiver to my mother’s physical needs and she is also very knowledgeable. All Care Hawaii is an example of an agency that really knows what they are doing and I really appreciate all their help. Thank you.

I spoke with owner, [name removed] and this guy is fantastic! He responded quickly (within 30 minutes) and professionally when I had a flare up and needed help on my trip in Maui. I can’t say enough great things about the company and the caregiver that was sent over. They are respectful and kind. The rates are also affordable. I have home health care at home and I travel internationally so I have had good quality care in North America, Asia, Africa and Europe. I am an individual with chronic neuro musculature / soft tissue pain in my right shoulder, right knee, right hip and bottom of my right foot. I use a cane sometimes. I was athletic when I was younger so being able to function or having assistance to better function is important to me. Seniors, athletes, disabled individuals or anyone who needs help… All Care Hawaii helped me.

I want to relate how much I appreciate All Care Hawaii. They returned my calls and answered my questions, but most of all the owner took time to listen to what I was saying and come up with a solution. Their care giver truly cares and provides the assistance my sister needs. I live off island, so my sister’s neighbor recommended I call after I was having problems dealing with private caregivers, from afar, on my own. I would definitely recommend All Care Hawaii to anyone that I know.

Will definitely recommend them! 5 stars for a very excellent service. We go to Hawaii once a year. We used their service while we were in Oahu for 2 weeks for my husband. It was a last minute call but they were prompt, responsive and very accommodating. Big thank you!!!

I was on vacation and arranged care through All Care Hawaii. This company is quick to return my calls all the time and my mom likes the caregiver that was assigned. I will use them again!

I have been using All Care Hawaii home care service for about a year now. I am happy and content with their service plus my caregiver is fantastic! I dealt with several agencies in the past, and I have been introduced to several of their caregivers. With All Care Hawaii, I have 1 caregiver, [name removed] who took care of me from the very start and until now. One time they sent me [name removed] (who is also great!) when [name removed]was gone for a 2 week vacation. I could not ask for more. Good job guys!

I had arranged care with someone for my mother two months before we went on our trip to Hawaii, but got a call the day we arrived at our hotel that the person can not come over to help my mom. My dad’s dementia has progressed and he needs 24 hour care. We have a caregiver that my wife and I hired, she is a big help but she’s not always available or cancels last minute. Given the circumstances of my father, we need more regular and consistent help. We are burnt out! I called the Office On Aging and All Care Hawaii was on their list as an agency providing care for people with dementia. I then called All Care Hawaii and spoke to [name removed]. She is very nice and really paid attention to my dad’s needs, along with my worries that staffing might be an issue as me and my wife needed the help asap. She scheduled an assessment, and together we came up with a care plan. Right now, Dad is receiving great care from All Care Hawaii’s great caregivers. They are all very professional, reliable, compassionate and caring. We can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended!

I just want to express gratitude to All Care Hawaii for the 3 years of great service! I cannot thank you enough for how much you helped my family and especially my father on his last days. For 3 years, dad had 2 regular caregivers and they never missed a day. To [names removed], very big MAHALO for all the care and love you had shown to dad. You two are such a blessing. All Care Hawaii has been very good. Overtime I bring something up, they address it immediately. They understand and always listen.

I have made a great progress since [name removed] came to help me. I had a very bad fall and was in a rehab for over three months until I was good enough to go home. I still receive Physical Therapy visits thrice a week and [name removed] follows through all the appropriate exercises that I have to do at home. She is very sweet and patient. I do not know what to do without her. She is a blessing. and I always look forward seeing her. Mahalo.
