Great communication with office personnel! Care taker is very knowledgeable and has lots of background experience in handling patients.

On 2 separate occasions, I had service from All Care Hawaii. All of the caregivers were wonderful - professional, but also kind and thoughtful. During the early days of both issues, round the clock care was provided and during those times the employees were the best - helpful and pleasant and caring. I'd not hesitate to use All Care again should the need arise

I was on vacation and arranged care through All Care Hawaii. This company is quick to return my calls all the time and my mom likes the caregiver that was assigned. I will use them again!

I have been using All Care Hawaii home care service for about a year now. I am happy and content with their service plus my caregiver is fantastic! I dealt with several agencies in the past, and I have been introduced to several of their caregivers. With All Care Hawaii, I have 1 caregiver, [Removed] who took care of me from the very start and until now. One time they sent me [Removed](who is also great!) when [Removed] was gone for a 2 week vacation. I could not ask for more. Good job guys!

I am looking for help for my grand mother and I called Office on Aging to give me some recommendations of names of home care agencies. I talked to 3 of them but I ended up using the service of All Care Hawaii. This company is very professional right from my initial call down to making their free assessment. I had arranged care with someone for my mother two months before we went on our trip to Hawaii, but got a call the day we arrived at our hotel that the person can not come over to help my mom. My dad’s dementia has progressed and he needs 24 hour care. We have a caregiver that my wife and I hired, she is a big help but she’s not always available or cancels last minute. Given the circumstances of my father, we need more regular and consistent help. We are burnt out! I called the Office On Aging and All Care Hawaii was on their list as an agency providing care for people with dementia. I then called All Care Hawaii and spoke to [Removed]. She is very nice and really paid attention to my dad’s needs, along with my worries that staffing might be an issue as me and my wife needed the help asap. She scheduled an assessment, and together we came up with a care plan. Right now, Dad is receiving great care from All Care Hawaii’s great caregivers. They are all very professional, reliable, compassionate and caring. We can’t thank you enough. Highly recommended!

I just want to express gratitude to All Care Hawaii for the 3 years of great service! I cannot thank you enough for how much you helped my family and especially my father on his last days. For 3 years, dad had 2 regular caregivers and they never missed a day. To [Removed], very big MAHALO for all the care and love you had shown to dad. You two are such a blessing. All Care Hawaii has been very good. Overtime I bring something up, they address it immediately. They understand and always listen.

My father has late stage Alzheimer’s and can’t remember anything. It is very helpful that all his caregivers are so patient with him. I am grateful to have found your agency and your people truly care.

I have made a great progress since [Removed] came to help me. I had a very bad fall and was in a rehab for over three months until I was good enough to go home. I still receive Physical Therapy visits thrice a week and [Removed] follows through all the appropriate exercises that I have to do at home. She is very sweet and patient.
