The staff at All American Assisted Living were awesome, very accommodating and sincere in their service. Unfortunately my sister was not there long as she had to go in the hospital and transferred to a rehab facility to get her back to her baseline which never happened. All American could not accommodate her needs and I would have had to bring in someone to feed her and make sure she didn’t get out of bed and wheelchair. However she is feeding herself and doesn’t try to get out of bed or wheelchair now. I would recommend All American even though she was there for only little over 2 weeks. She had to pay [fee removed] upfront which is non refundable and I am still waiting for the [fee removed] which will be returned.

All American has been terrific to work with. We needed to place our Dad in very short timing. The facility, from the administrator to the nurses, dining room assistants, housekeeping staff....everyone has been pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend All American Assisted Living in Wareham to someone looking for a kind and helpful facility for their loved one.

This was a good community, just not the right fit for my loved one.
I talked with [name removed] and he was great and very nice. He answered all of my questions and followed up once a week with us. The facility only has double rooms available, so you would have to have a roommate. They also do not accept medicaid so we did not choose All American.
We chose All American because it was a brand new facility, the financial cost of it was very attractive, and dad got to have his own private room and it was very spacious, especially the bathroom. The transition was very welcoming and we were able to make it comfortable for him. It is laid out well, in the middle they have a big sunny modern courtyard where residents can go outside. My dad really liked the food, he said it was all fresh foods and had a great variety on the menu. He also really enjoyed the exercise classes that they provided. My dad was cared for very well here and we really appreciated the staff members, they were very experienced with dementia. I would highly recommend them to others who are looking.

Communication could be better with the family, but the staff is amazing, and if I call with a question they answer immediately. They have a 4 o'clock happy hour, and I would like to retire here also. I would definitely recommend this community to others and we have already two of her friends.

I wanted to share our families experience.. not only is this a beautiful building and the cranberry bog setting, speechless .Residents are always happy and well cared for. During difficult times of limited visitation due to pandemic, AAAL Wareham is doing everything they can to keep residents safe, happy and entertained.

Wonderful place, was difficult for my dad to leave his home after my mom passed. He is so happy and has fit right into this community that is built by a very professional and personable staff. It feels like a home and everyone is so kind and considerate, you see teamwork and unity among the staff and the food is great, activities geared to the ability of my dad since he has slowed over the years. The location is beautiful and my dad likes to be outside on the beautiful patio overlooking the cranberry bog and wooded lot, if feels like his backyard and that makes me feel good.

All American Assisted Living in Wareham is an incredible relief for me in that my mother is so happy and in such a great place. They have built a community environment where the employees and the residents are like a family. My mom is very social and still capable of being engaged during the day and I was worried she would have had a hard time adjusting, she is more vibrant and has made so many friends. She continues to tell me stories about her days from the great meals to the engaging activities and the friendliness of the staff from the housekeeping staff to the Managing Director. So far so good, and I am confident my mom will continue to be happy in her new "home".

This property is absolutely beautiful. The location is like no other and provides residents and families with a home like feeling. The building itself is under new management and has undergone many positive changes. The staff is extremely warm and genuinely care about the people who live under their roof- it is something you can instantly feel when you walk through the doors. Any concerns that we have had have been addressed with utmost care and concern and it is a great relief knowing that our mom is safe and happy in her “new normal”. The transition is not an easy one for someone going from their long-time home to an assisted apartment- but these folks sure do make it as easy as it possibly could be.

When we toured All American Assisted Living, we thought it seemed like they just opened. They needed to get their ducks in a row, The facility itself was very nice, but they were short staffed and did not have many residents. It was not what we were looking for.

This place has only been opened for a few weeks but it is one in a chain. Therefore, not having any twice weekly trips organized because " we are still trying to get things together" is not an excuse. Pus ,on the twice weekly trips that havent started yet, there is room on van for only 2 wheelchairs. This may pose a problem in aot.of residents are in wheelchairs. Hope they get their act together soon .
