Even at times with the staff members being understaffed they are extremely friendly. There are so many activities here you can really be as busy as you would like. They have different water aerobics classes for beginners and advance. They have senior chair yoga, a golf simulator, pickle ball and wood carving. They also have a pub here so on Friday's we are able to have a happy hour there. We don't have meals here but on every Thursday with no time limit we are able to get coffee and donuts and mingle with whoever. They could improve on their electrical boards. They seem to go through a lot of circuit breakers numerous times now. Housekeeping services are offered. He has washer and dryer provided in his unit. They offer a lot of activities like pool and chair exercise, veteran meal meet up, bible study, etc. Transportation is not included. Pets are allowed with a monthly pet rent and deposit as well. The staff has been really good and accommodating. They know their residents pretty well. The residents are very friendly.

The cost is very reasonable. It's the best place I've seen. It's clean. People are around all the time. The people who live here are very friendly. There are dogs and cats here, but you wouldn't even know. There's never even a hair on the floor. All the dogs are on leashes and really friendly. It's wonderful here.

Overall it's been a good experience. They were good at getting my dad in and settled. They have plenty of activities and things to do if he chooses to participate. The apartments are great. For the price, it's a decent-sized apartment and comes with all the amenities, including a washer and dryer. Also, the pricing is all-inclusive, with cable, utilities, internet, and rent all in one check.

I would say to live here at this community.There are more active and the staff are great, very friendly and there is more to do. They have card games, game nights, bbqs with themes like Hawaiian night. They also have weekly movies with popcorn and candy.

If you're coming to someplace to start life 2.0, this is the place. The community has a lot to offer for the residents. There are several activities, a jacuzzi, a pool, a BBQ area and more. It feels like a resort here. It is a 55 plus community. If at least one member is 55 or over you can be part of the community. It seems like the residents are all active here.

I chose Affinity at Ramsey because at the time I was living in FL and wanted to move near my sister, so it was mainly because of the area. Once I saw the amenities offered, I did not have to look at any others. It is hard to condense 77 years into 500 square feet, so it is taking some getting used to. But I realized I did not need all of that stuff that I had so I am doing just fine. They are changing property management companies, I just hope that they keep the staff that they have because they are so wonderful. Overall, I would highly recommend to others looking.
