Two of our managers were let go this week. Both were wonderful and worked very hard. They were the reaso for my 5 STAR rating. Corp came in and raised all the rents and many had to move out. We love it here and all the place has to offer. But now many are unhappy by the way the managers were treated. Will think hard before I sign new lease again. Both ladies were exceptional in every way. Shame on you corporate.... Read more

New and modern. Suited for young retired folks with emphasis on activities. Don't care for location and the room sizes are too small. The rooms have a very small patio very tight for two people to sit. We also stopped at The Cliff, in the medical district. Gated community, very affordable, includes garages, all one leval and large living areas. Yes we want to continue looking, possibly in an outlying area like Boerne. Thanks [Removed]

A Place for Mom has scored Affinity at Monterrey Village 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.
We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.
Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
