Not at all its original mission of an affordable option for moderate fixed-income older active adults, the rents are exorbitant with $200 renewal increases, there are several advertised amenities that don't exist, and the interior is very dingy, unattractive, and outdated. The closet cabinets are tiny. Recent burst pipes have destroyed 50% of the building, exit doors are often unlocked, and there are people whose families place them here who sadly are far from independent and remain in isolation in their apartments. You can do much better for the money.

My mother has met many people here who have been very friendly and helpful with her needs. She has someone who was coming in to help her with exercises and more. They have a lot of activities but my loved one likes to stay to herself a lot of times. They come in and help her with any of her needs and she has participated in a few things here and there but she likes it because of how lively it is. The manager even went above and beyond and gave my loved one a walker for free. The surroundings are so beautiful and nice and they even have an indoor swimming pool

This is a great place and convenient for residents with shopping near by. The amenities' across the street are good. The staff were great to work with. It is a good value for the money, and the rooms sizes are wonderful.

You can't beat this community. The community is convenient to libraries, stores, and more. There are elevators along with a swimming pool on premise. The garages are available for an additional cost. Some of the activities available are: exercise machines, movies, jacuzzi and swimming pool building, games, social events, billiards, and more for the residents to choose from.
