Affinity at Eagan

Good experience overall and the community is very clean. The staff has changed twice since I have been there. I think they have it right this time. Very willing to work with you on any problems. We cannot rate the care services because it is totally independent living. No meal/dining, but there are a lot of activities. I don't like that my rent has increased the first year and I know others who have lived there longer and space is larger pay less rent. That is about the only complaint I have. I don't know how they figure the amount you pay. This winter I rarely had my heat on, I don't do a lot of cooking and I'm careful about turning off my lights. So don't know why I got a [fee removed] a month rate increase up to [fee removed] per month for 650 sq. feet of space. Love that the rent is all inclusive and we pay just one check. Rent is so expensive for us seniors! I really enjoy the people I have met there. I have met a great bunch of ladies! Quite a few residents moved out after this last rate increase! But I feel they still pay about the same amount as they were after figuring in your utilities, etc. and just having to write one check.

Amenties to leave. Pool is great in inside. And sholved done you!

I have been in this apartment complex for a little over 3 years. Everything has gone along pretty well. There should have been a service elevator to eliminate delays in using the main. It's also to far to get to the second if you are in type of hurried experience. This is true because of the number of residents affiliated with 175 apartments.

I thoroughly enjoy living at Affinity. The staff and residents are friendly and the amenities are exceptional.

The complex is very clean, and well kept. The residents ate welcoming and friendly. I have had excellent suggestions and help from office staff. There are great opportunities to meet new friends.

Affinity is very reasonable in that all amenities are included in the rent. Besides there is a movie room, internet cafe, library, workout room, dining room, pub, game room, card room, billiards room, and pool with hot tub. The residents are extremely nice. You can't compare this to any rental. Space is limited.

If corporate rule making would stay out of the way the local staff could offer an even better experience for the residents.

Affinity is a great senior community

We have been at Affinity for over a year and are very happy here. The public spaces are always clean and inviting. Staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. We enjoy the community activities we have participated in and the majority of the residents are very personable.

Affinity is a great place to live. It's safe, clean and quite. There is one tenant that is quite confrontational. We try to avoid her. Every one else we've met has been pretty terrific the staff here ROCK!

Basically I don't have any idea of what to say. I have asked multiple times for a issue with my door.

Surprising number of amenities.

All the activities give opportunities to meet, gain new friendships and never feel alone. They give opportunities to volunteer and be part of communicating our ideas.

I moved into Affinity at Eagan on July 13, 2018 - the 4th family to move in. My husband died here in June 2019, and everyone was so kind and caring during those difficult times. I was thankful to have been moved in and comfortable and feel safe and secure here with no worries. I have made many wonderful friends, I enjoy the smiles and joy that living here brings me. The "grass is never greener on the other side" - and I have found that living where I do has been perfect for me. I hope to be able to stay in my apartment until I am no longer living, God willing. The staff is helpful and I love the many amenities we have here. I love having to only make out one check for everything and then just relax and enjoy! I love the location and the activities provided. I highly recommend Affinity! Nothing is perfect, but this comes very close!

Overall great experience. Wonderful welcoming neighbors Some issues with design flaws of building, elevators (need more), bathrooms should be closer to common rooms on 1st floor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Corporate still unable to clear up computer conversions with Bill pay.

I would highly recommend Affinity at Eagan, I love it here and my two bedroom apartment that has a wonderful view. The apartments range from a two bedroom to a studio, and they offer so many amenities. There is a salt water pool that is free, and yoga classes but those are not free. Also the maintenance is not free. Overall this was a great decision. that I was able to splurge on.

Affinity at Eagen is in a great location, close to everything. I really like being with people my won age. The community is clean and just an overall very friendly place to live.

The community has something always going on and we have a sense of community here. I have already recommended this community to others. I enjoy living at this community
