Don't do business with these people. They are not interested in your loved ones well being. They just want to run up a big bill and try and take your house. These individuals are what is wrong with healthcare for our seniors and I will not stop fighting until I put and end to this.

It can be such a challenge to find a good fit when looking for caregivers. Such was the case when I was needing help with my mom who was in home hospice. Advantage worked with me to find caregivers that would meet our needs. I can't say enough about the experience, graciousness, and integrity of the ladies that took care of my mom and me during a very heartbreaking time. They will forever be members of my family. Just awful. Disorganized, rude, and insensitive. Paid zero attention to the kind of caretaker we asked for. Then refused to respond to email text or phone calls from us OR our provider. She couldn’t get them to answer her either. They don’t train anyone. They just pimp out home health care workers. Our provider was amazing. Truly. I hope you find her through another agency. We revived NO bill till weeks after our heath provider left and then were told we had to pay in cash or check. They don’t accept credit. So only use these folks if you have an extra wheelbarrow of cash sitting around.
