I hate that I am writing a negative review. They took good care of my mom, but did not follow through on many things. I signed all the paperwork to get everything settled but they were supposed to go over everything with mom once she arrived. They never did. No follow through on physical therapy either. She was there 5 weeks with no PT. Mom really did not like the staff knocking on the door and just walking in. It made it feel like a nursing home rather than her own assisted living apartment. Activities were not as described by director when touring. Mom appreciate the nursing staff and enjoyed the housekeeping staff immensely!

Wonderful Community! Fun, caring workers work hard to make life fun and interesting and provide the assistance needed. Sunnybrook was recommended to me from a friend who had their parents there and they haven't disappointed. Highly recommend. Best place in town.

I highly recommend Sunnybrook at Mt. Pleasant. My mother has lived there for 2 years and calls it "home."

The staff is great, responsive, and helpful. The communication of the community is very good. I would definitely recommend this community to others. they have a beautiful facility

We moved mom into Sunnybrook Mount Pleasant at the end of November. When I contacted her recently she said she really likes it there! She sounds happier there than she has been in a long time. I thank the staff for checking on her and helping so much!

I've been touring assisted living and nursing home facilities for my mother. We are going to have to move her soon because of advanced dementia. [Name removed] did a wonderful job with the tour and answering my questions. [Name removed] is always so warm and gracious whenever we talk.

So exceedingly happy my mother is living here. As a dementia patient victim, change is not appreciated, but she is adapted very quickly and is quite content. Staff is fantastic!

Mom was reluctant to go at first. The staff has made her feel very welcome. She is now involved in a lot of the activities and never mentions moving back home. I would recommend Sunnybrook to anyone considering a location for their loved one.

Top notch!!! The apartments are comfortable with more than adequate cupboard space and well planned closet space. The employees are friendly and helpful at all times. Their relationship with one another as well as with us is outstanding. The meals are well balanced very tasty and there is room for a special request of one doesn't like the menu. My husband and I have been very pleased with living here: It is as much "home" as it can be.

My wife and I have been residents for about one year in this facility we have excellent, cheerful and wiling help from our caregivers when needed. The food is nutritional, tasty and specialty diets are available. A wide variety of activities is provided. Transportation is available to residents when needed.

Following our tour with Bryce we felt Sunnybrook would meet my in-laws needs and made a deposit to hold a spot for the next available apartment.

I have visited Sunnybrook several times. It is very nice and the staff is welcoming.

Sunnybrook is so sunny and warm!! All staff and residents are so positive and happy. I couldn't think of any other beautiful place to work! Whenever I enter the doors I feel the joy! The management team at Sunnybrook is so awesome and friendly! Im always welcomed with a beautiful smile! It's kind of like Hy Vee, there's always a helpful smile in every aisle!
