Value for cost, better than most though I think the State should have helped some as we were private pay. We most definitely would recommend A Joyous Care Home to other families. All home care facilities cost too much. I gave a 4 for overall experience because it is a new business still trying to work out some details. The owner of Joyous Care is very new and still learning the ropes. However, she learns quickly and is doing an outstanding job. She is caring, very conscientious, patient, and compassionate.
