I thought this was a really positive place. Director was very professional. The outside of the house does not have any lawn, but the inside was neat and clean. Mom would be able to have her own room and bathroom here, which is a definite plus. The one thing that concerned me the most was that they asked we have almost no visiting the first couple of weeks (so that she could get used to the care staff). I think that would be really hard on Mom. Ellie's concern - backyard small, and not visible from common area (kitchen and family room) Staff will not be able to watch mom from inside, when she is outside.

I would like to follow up with this home, I think it will be the best choice for my father. Of all the houses, owners had practical ideas on how to help my father keep walking. I also like that their house isn't full. I don't mind the extra attention my father could receive while they are in the process of adding clients.
