Situated on a quiet residential street of single-family homes in Bakersfield, California, our single-story, ranch-style house offers a lovely setting for our residents to enjoy the comforts of home with assisted living services. Our sandy-colored house, built in 2003 and renovated in 2014, sits safely back from the street beyond a tidy front lawn with vivid flowers and a towering palm tree. The fenced-in backyard envelops an outdoor oasis, where thriving desert landscaping borders a sky-blue pool and patio lounging space. We’re licensed to care for up to six residents, ages 55 and above, within our charming home. Treatment at larger assisted living facilities can feel like an impersonal numbers game. The smaller size of our community means everyone receives the personalized attention they deserve from our constant staff presence. If you’re looking for cozy living with devoted caregivers in a comfortable, well-appointed home, look no further than A&A Bakersfield Care Home!
We offer a private room option, as well as a shared bedroom space for those who enjoy the companionship of a roommate. Our bedrooms come furnished with solid-wood bed sets and complementary bedside tables. Rooms either have dark-stained hardwood flooring or cream-colored low-ply carpeting, with walls...

When we do get to visit our loved one she seems really happy with the activities. The cleanliness of the community and the fact that it is in a residential area was something we really liked. They really strive on detail, they call us about our loved ones appointments and nay medication updates. They are very welcoming and we can call them anytime and there is always someone there to answer.

We have had a 5+ experience so far and the cleanliness is 10 stars easily. That was something that stood out to us right away and we have shown up many times unannounced and every single time the community is just immaculate. The people are awesome, our mother really loves the staff. They keep her clean and well put together, their care services are top notch. They keep track of all her medicine and anytime they have questions or concerns regarding our loved one they give us a call.

So far everything seems to be going very well at this community, we know they have been keeping her clean, getting her hair done and feeding her very well. They first started allowed families to do outdoor visits with a plastic barrier, and now they are allowing families to actually enter the building. The staff members are very friendly, we chose this community because they said they look over the residents as if they were family. We also really like how they work closely with hospice.
