When I needed care in our home for my husband a close friend recommended 2nd Family. [names removed] were so diligent in finding the right match. We were so pleased with the caregivers that they sent. Each one was experienced, warm and friendly. I am grateful to 2nd Family for helping us through a rough patch.

My family and I cannot say enough good things about 2nd Family Main Line! From the very start of our home care journey, [names removed] were kind, supportive and caring. Having an aging parent is stressful enough in good times, but when the need is there for even more assistance, it was comforting to know that the staff and follow up from 2nd Family was right on the mark. My mother's caregiver was a blessing. Kind, thoughtful, and respectful of my mother's capabilities. 2nd Family was also very flexible to work with when our needs for help with our mother increased. They really went out of their way to find a good match for the caregivers they sent. Although they are relatively new to the area, they are professional and detail oriented. Other companies will have a high standard to match up to!
