Many factors were involved in choosing this facility. Proximity, availability, cost, phone interview and follow up. Commitment on the part of administrative staff. Medical care qualification. The smaller scale of the facility and more personalized living environment. My mother's care requires a combination of training, patience and experience. I was willing to pay a premium in order to find an environment that could offer an elevated quality of care.
