Residential Care Home
The staff at Peggy Kelly House ll have been very caring and patiently loving to my mother who is a resident there. She receives personal attention on a daily basis and is treated with dignity even in her dementia state.
So far we are very pleased with her care and the facility. She is doing well. It's met all of our expectations. We haven't had any complaints about food so far. The first time we went to visit, it was late with bad weather, they were very welcoming, and residents were up and snacking, it seemed like a good fit. It smelled good, and every staff member we met were very helpful regardless of the time of day. The cost was all inclusive and affordable for us. We had a loved one that was very concerned about the move, and after having seen it, he was convinced as well.
