Residential Care Home
Very clean! Great, everything was a five. They were down to earth and very friendly. The way they treated the residents, it was like a family home. They made you feel very comfortable and made you feel like they cared - like they actually cared, not just there for money.
This facility is really great! My loved one is a very difficult and challenging resident, but they are so good with him here. The executive director is just amazing and has a way with him. She's able to get him to do things that no one else could at the other places he lived in (for example: showers). The staff are all very compassionate and patient. They all work really well with difficult residents. Communication with the family is great. My loved one is a complainer, but hasn't ever complained about the food. I haven't tried it, but him not complaining tells me it must be good. The facility is clean. My loved one doesn't participate, but they do always have activities going on and lots of variety. I would recommend them to family and friends!
This facility is extremely underrated and undervalued. The staff's overwhelming education to give the residents the best care and treatment is overwhelming. The whole place runs smoothly and efficiently due to the administrator's leadership and guidelines. The residents seem to be enjoying themselves and feel right at home. This is definitely a place I'd recommend to other people.
