Started in [date removed] contacting over 10 different facilities. In [date removed] we were ready to place. Care Partners was one of the few facilities that returned calls and set up tours quickly. We toured 4 facilities and loved chose this location. A mature building nestled in a magnificent wooded area filled with wildlife and kind loving caregivers. New Director [name removed] gave me her cell phone and was great returning text the week of move in even when she was on vacation. Our Loved one has an over heating issue with their body and during our tour we asked about installing a ceiling fan to help him stay cool. The day of move it it was installed early in the morning. They allowed us to install extra grab bars in bathroom as our loved one is super high fall risk. They have been extremely helpful during moving in with questions and requests and after. As a former assistant living employee I know the industry and I would highly recommend Care Partners for their exceptional customer service.
I would reccomend Cranberry Court to anyone who is looking for an assisted living for their relative or friend.
River Run Assisted Living is a wonderful and caring place. What we like the most about the community is the staff. The staff are very kind, attentive and caring to the residents. The environment is also very pleasant and we would recommend this community to other families based on our experience.
