The major factors were the size of the community. It is small enough to not be intimidating. The other huge factor for my brother is that it actually has a decent size group of older guys who eat together, watch sports events together and keep each other company.
I would recommend this community to others. The people seem to genuine be helpful to the residents. It is a smaller community with personal care.
