The Country Oaks at Hamilton Creek facility is awesome. I can not think of a single complaint or area that needs improvement. Our loved one was hesitant to accept moving to assisted living, but within a month, she was telling her friends how nice it is there. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
From the first time we met with [name removed] and toured the facility to the last time we were there, we were impressed overall with the service that they provided.I truly believe that they provide a much needed service under difficult circumstances. Most of the people that we met were very helpful and kind. The staff provided good information and were very kind. A couple of the actual care givers weren't as helpful as we thought they should have been. Again, the Memory Care side is different from the Assisted Living side. My mother was somewhat difficult and I believe that they really tried to make her as comfortable as possible.
I can honestly say Rosewood Assisted Living, Killeen,TX is one of the best AL Facilities I’ve visited. From the very first time you enter, you’re greeted with warm welcomes, and offers of assistance. My Uncle became very ill and needed a place of comfort and peace. I must say 11 months in, he is cared for, comfortable, at peace, and have come to know the other residents as friends. I am so happy I chose Rosewood, the caregivers are AWESOME! Always ready to assist. As for [name removed], Associate Director, she has supported me in caring for my uncle as well. [name removed] you are the best! I must say people forget names, and they may sometimes forget faces, but they never forget when they enter an establishment and are provided excellent customer service. Rosewood, you have provided that service, and I will never forget how much care, love and professionalism you all provide daily for my uncle, as well as other patients and their families. Thank you all, Rosewood!!!! My entire family from all parts of the US thank you as well!!!!!
