What stands out about this facility is how good the staff is to my mother and how she has adjusted better than I thought she would and it's because they are so good to her and how they check on her even through the night. Housekeeping does a good job and the facility is very well kept.
I live in Nacogdoches and work at SFA. My mother lived in Louisiana, we where in a hurry to find her a place. The people here helped us very quickly, we got my mother in and settled within a few days. Its always clean and smells good. My mother is always doing something when I go up there . The care is great , they have two nurses , and the employees seem to really care about the people that live there. The food is very good too.
The residence seems to be cared for and the community is kept very clean and neat. The staff seems to truly care about the residence. Communication is good between the staff and our family. They kept us well informed and up to date. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
