Assisted Living
I live in Nacogdoches and work at SFA. My mother lived in Louisiana, we where in a hurry to find her a place. The people here helped us very quickly, we got my mother in and settled within a few days. Its always clean and smells good. My mother is always doing something when I go up there . The care is great , they have two nurses , and the employees seem to really care about the people that live there. The food is very good too.
Everyone is very helpful and patient when that is required. I would absolutely recommend Magnolia Court to others.
As far as the community goes it is beautiful, it is nicely set up and the spaces are clean. Overall it is very attractive, we have no complaints about the environment, it is not to big or noisy. Sometimes the staff like the maintenance team is slow to respond to service requests but we do understand there is a shortage of staffing due to covid. The staff have always been very courteous to us. We do not witness the activities ourselves but we do know there is plenty going on and our loved one is always active.
