Although the expenence of needing to make this transition was not ideal, my experience w/ Arden easier than anticipated. Every single person I Interacted w/ was pleasent and I truly feel my great aunt is getting the best care possible. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS.
The only helpful thing would be using Touchpoint to create the shopping list when supplies run out. I often get multiple calls a day when they run out of soap supplies. I thought the facility was always and clean and looking great. The staff was always present and they took care of my mother very well. I would recommend Sunrise of Mountain Lakes to others looking.
