My experience has gone well. I have been able to talk to mgmt about my concerns and the staff has been available. The full time aides have been helpful too. The facility is located near family and its brand new.

To make sure the parents do not have Dementia or Alzheimer's at all before going there. It's really a good place though but. Doesn't hurt if your parents are already on Medicaid/Medicare it would help.
