Memory Care
When my parents first got there, the staff did a great job caring for my parents. When the new management took over there was a decline. I don't think the new staff is doing as well taking care of the residents. The food is good. They have a lot of outdoor space.
My loved one is currently a resident at Big Springs Village and everything has been great, great experience so far. I will say, I do feel like they do need more snack opportunities in the Memory Care Unit. I would most definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
I am super impressed with most every facet of my care this first month. I pray this second month will be smooth sailing. When talking economics people can always look at the price and say oh no that’s too much; but take a look at it like I did. Take that bottom line price. Then start subtracting your rent/mortgage then all utilities including cable and phone cause they supply landline and cable. Then subtract what 3 balanced meal each day for a month would cost you. Have you reached zero yet? Then add up all those trips to the dr, store, joy riding - yes they supply that too. And so much more. Autumn Cove can’t be beat and don’t for get to subtract your caregiver fee. Now for my draw backs everything can’t be perfect but they jump on everything as soon as something is reported.
