Pleasant Pointe Assisted Living

I believe it is a very good place for assisted living, it is well staffed and the staff knows everyone by name and they treat all the residents with respect. Yes I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place for there parents or anyone needing a place for a loved ones.

We really liked the idea of this facility being family owned by several generations. The owners parents once lived there, and they truly want your loved ones treated as well as if it were their own family. Staff is very friendly, food is abundant & very good. This is a perfect place for mom.

I firmly believe Pleasant Point all in all is a 5 my mother loves the staff, meals and activities.Thank you for your assistance in securing a place for my Mother. Most of the friends my Mother had lived in the area and the family felt that being closer would enable them to possibly visit her more often, as well they helped us to place her immediately, since we had had a need for immediate placement.

I live in a different State so a lot of my communication is via email or phone. I feel the staff is conscientious and tries to provide best care. If my Sister or I Identify a problem the staff usually corrects the problem in a reasonable time frame.
