Britannia Place

Owner and head nurse, [name removed] , is very qualified and knowledgeable [name removed], the house manager, is friendly, great with the residents and their families. He is very communicative and responsive. They’ve offered great advice and support. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

I wuld say you can have your elderly parent here, you have an ease that they are here. You feel confident with the staff who are caring. The staff takes good care of the people in their care.

My Mom lived at Britannia house for just a bit over two years. She was treated with the utmost compassion and care. [Names removed] run a quality business with the best staff. Mom used to fall a lot at her last location, she was much safer here. The environment is homey and is immaculate. The location is excellent, near 280 and Woodside Plaza. There is a lovely bright sun room for privacy/meetings and a gorgeous backyard with a nice patio. Mom especially liked the home-made applesauce from [name removed]'s apple tree. The staff are very attentive and patient. The food is thoughtful, healthy and there is a good rotation of items. I also referred my neighbor to Britannia House II for her mother, but I personally haven't seen that location yet. I was very happy to have had Mom as a resident of Britannia House.

The care that is given at this community is outstanding. I really, really like the care that my mother is getting. I can not speak highly enough about the owner and her staff. It looks very nice and it is kept spotless. I have recommended family and friends to this home.

This is a nice facility. The staff is very nice and helpful. They have been very reasonable and accommodating when we had a request. The apartments are cozy with lots of amenities. So far, we have had a very good experience with Britannia Place.

Delphine seems very capable and caring and her house is both clean and homey.

A very cozy home feeling place. The owner was very pleasant caring and also very interested in what I had to say. Felt owner was very experienced in running care home and really liked that she did spend time there regularly. Met some of the staff who seemed very nice. Residents seemed comfortable. Definitely recommend this care home!!
