Ashley Manor LLC

We love Ashley Manor Beverly Hills in Payette. I'm so fortunate that Ashley Manor in Payette had availability when I needed it!! They take such good care of my dad, they text and call me with updates and have even sent me pictures of him at celebrations. I feel like they are friends that are just helping me out with my dad's care. They care!! I was looking for a new provider that would come to the house vs having to stress dad out with trips to the doctors office. The doctor they suggested is amazing and checks on him monthly. I've had nothing but a positive experience with Ashley Manor Payette, I highly recommend them.

There are a couple of caregivers who were there the whole time of my mom's stay, almost 2 years, and they are still there! I trust them, appreciate them, and they are like family to me now. In the beginning of Mom's stay, they had trouble getting good administration, but it has been great for the past year or more. Even the nurse, [name removed] is awesome. I would highly recommend Ashley Manor.

My brother is in his last stage of early onset dementia. The staff and residents are so caring and beautiful. He knows this is his home and he loves all of them. It gives our family great comfort knowing [name removed]is well taken care of and loved. [name removed] is the house manager/administration and is amazing on so many levels. She will FaceTime with us so we can see and share love with [name removed]. All the staff are extraordinary

[Name removed] was so helpful in getting my mom into the facility. My mother was in urgent need of care, and very reluctant. The staff took over and so far my mom is very happy, and seems to be following along with the program. [Name removed] the director is very friendly and communicative. I am very hopeful my mom will thrive here long term. I am so happy with the staff and the experience. The small home like environment is a perfect place for my mom.

This is a great assisted living facility it has a home like atmosphere and great staff that treat the residents like family. I would recommend this place everyone looking for some help with a loved one

My husband is very happy at Ashley Manor. The food is good and prepared from scratch daily. He participates in daily activities, goes out into the courtyard and can have his dog there. The community is small and very well taken care of. The staff take wonderful care of him. It is about the care at this community not about the money.

My situation is based on my experiences - as someone from out of town, and out of state. Due to a family emergency, my father was placed in Ashley Manor-Twin Falls under Respite Care. When we arrived, a bit unexpectedly, to take my father home, he was actually happy and engaging - not anxious or irritated. The place was clean, the staff friendly and supportive. time passed and ss the emergent situation stabilized, a major holiday approached, and the need for me to return home arrived - the Staff at Ashley Manor-Twin Falls were incredibly supportive, encouraging, informative and helpful. Before I left, we placed my father back in Ashley Manor-Twin Falls. It was one of the most heart and gut wrenching things I've ever done. However, every week since, I've been able to call and either chat with my father, or a member of the Staff. In talking with Dad - he's, well, I can tell he's calm, not agitated or angry and thinks 'the food is pretty good.' In talking with Staff, they share with me 'history' of the week or what he's talking about today. Going forward, as my step-mother heals, we'll be investigating the differing financial options available to her in paying for continued care for my father. I'm not sure what that will mean for my father. In the meantime, I am incredibly appreciative and grateful for what the stability - of the personnel working there and the routine they have, the cleanliness of the facility, and the compassion, kindness and understanding the Ashley Manor-Twin Falls Staff provide my father. Each are included in my nightly Prayer List.

The Ashley Manor facility, overall, has been a good experience for us. The facility is very clean and all of the staff members are friendly. The value is good too. I have no complaints about this place.

I really like the staff at Ashley Manor. The place is very clean. It is expensive, but that is largely due to the size of the place. It is very small so the residents such as my mother get very good one on one personal care. They are very willing to hear feedback and make improvements. Overall it really has been a very positive experience with Ashley Manor and I would recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

We have experience Ashley Manor with a couple of our loved ones in the past 10 years! The environment is so warm and welcoming. The staff (in each building we've had a loved one in) has been knowledgeable and caring. Maria at the Middleton facility has taken care of 2 wonderful ladies in my life! I couldn't say enough nice things about her if I tried! She laughed with us. She cried with us. She said good-bye to our precious loved-ones with us. My family is so grateful! I would....I DO tell everyone about Ashley Manor....and always about Maria!

The ashley Manor facilities provided great care for my grandmother and were so helpful with all my questions and concerns. Every time I came to visit my grandma the caregivers were helpful and updated me on everything concerning her health. The marketer was so helpful when it came to moving her in and the administrator and staff made sure she was taken care of and that our family was aware of everything going on. After she passed away they were so caring and helped us move all of her belongings. I highly recommend Ashley Manor to anyone with a family member who has alzheimers or dementia!

This seems to be a nice place so far. The staff is courteous and professional. They are always willing to help when we need them. The communication is good with us too. The facility is always clean and seems to be well run.

My mother in law is very happy at Ashley Manor and satisfied with the care she is receiving. They have been very good to her. As far as I know they have had no incidences and nothing but a good experience.

Home is in nice community setting. Clean, 11 room facility with open living area ( living room, dining room, kitchen). Staff is available to family and most of staff are excellent with residents. Meals are balanced and homemade; posted on blackboard in common eating area. Fewer men than women. Most residents are at a higher level of acuity. Check out if interested, go spend some time to see if it's a good place for your family member.

They have been extremely transparent, open, and cooperative. They have been good and quick to handle any situation or care concerns that have arisen. They do seem on the borderline of perhaps being understaffed, as the staff members they have seem stretched to the max and are not able to provide the level of care and special attention that we were led to expect. In light of that they are doing a great job. I am also a little concerned that the residents do not get enough physical activity. They could use some more activities that get them up and moving.

My loved one is being well taken care of here. All of the residents are dementia or Alzheimer's patients. Everything appears to be very clean, and the staff is all very nice. They are quick to give care when needed, but things don't always get done as quickly as I think they should. I wouldn't say they've accomplished the correct method of care for my loved one's particular situation yet. I know that they're really trying though, and I would recommend them.

I love this facility it is a small facility which allows for a home like atmosphere. The home cooked meals are wonderful and the staff is knowledgeable and care about the elders very well there is always a QMAP on site sometimes even two. The elders and their families are always complimenting the house's cleanliness and atmosphere. I personally wouldn't think twice about placing my loved ones here it is my first choice. I really do feel that Ashley Manor is a wonderful place to be.
