Great Place for those who truly are independent or need very little assistance. Clean, small enough where you know all your neighbors, large apartments, and many resident-run activities. A place designed to be for seniors, but many residents are so independent that they do not participate in activities. Lack of interest by them has resulted in abolishment of several building-run services/activities.
