This is the second time my family member has stayed at the Willows, and we couldn’t be more grateful! After a stay at a more advanced rehab facility where she unfortunately experienced complications, we didn’t hesitate to send her back to the Willows—even though it meant an hour and a half drive sometimes! The only reason she left this time was because she wanted to be closer to her children, but honestly, I’ve had family members in other facilities, some with more advanced programs, and none compare to the Willows. From the moment you walk in, there’s never any foul odors—it’s always clean and fresh. But more than that, the people here truly care! They are genuinely concerned about the health and well-being of their residents, and their communication is outstanding. For anyone looking for a place to take a loved one, I can’t recommend the Willows in Valparaiso, Indiana enough. You all should be the standard for how nursing homes should operate.
