My mom has lived at Willow Pond for around 9 years. She has made a lot of good friends. They have resident council with different activities. Everyone looks out for each other. I feel good that mom is there and is safe since the building had a code to enter. Many don't like the manager but she honestly is doing her job with inspections, rules and overall community. She has even called me one time when my mom was not acting right (even though that's not part of her job) . It is a non smoking building but they have a smoking area outside for those who do. Many get upset when they are found to be smoking inside and they get a warning. Again I could not ask for a better place for my mom.... Read more

Awful management

I live in another state and what a sad day when I had to go and get my Aunts belongings after her passing .lhad The manager was terrible trying to work with . Spoke to sheriffs department before I went down because I didn’t want o make a trip and not be able to get in I wasn’t sure of the state law there and management does NOT return yiur calls so I had an officer call for me and the officer told me HE also had a hard time talking to the manager and had to hang up on her for her screaming at him . I would not reccomend this facility to anyone . The ground keeper he was very kind I do have to say that . Awful awful management

Frequently Asked Questions about Willow Pond

A Place for Mom has scored Willow Pond 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
